How does the water sculpture work?

Each StoneFlow water sculpture is supplied as a complete, self-contained feature. The fountain arrives fully plumbed, with the pump connected. Simply position the sculpture, connect the stainless steel riser pipework, place the slate top piece over the pipe, fill the reservoir with water, and connect to the mains supply.
No. Our fountains are designed as recirculating water features, meaning the same water continuously flows through the sculpture and back into the hidden reservoir. You only need to top up the water occasionally due to natural evaporation.
The fountain requires a standard outdoor electrical supply. The pump is supplied with a 5-metre electrical cable as standard. If you require a longer cable length, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
For safety, we recommend using a suitable outdoor weatherproof socket and, where required, consulting a qualified electrician.

Can the electrical cable be extended?

Do you offer different sizes or custom designs?
Yes. If your installation requires a longer cable run, an extension can be provided at an additional cost. Please contact us before ordering so we can discuss your requirements.
Very little. Occasionally top up the water level, clean the pump as required, and remove any leaves or debris from the reservoir. Over time, natural slate may develop character and weather beautifully as part of its outdoor setting.

Yes. Delivery is available throughout mainland UK. Delivery details and any additional installation requirements can be discussed when placing your order.
Each sculpture is handcrafted to order. Our usual lead time is approximately 10 days from placing your order, although this may vary during busy periods.

Position the heavy-duty galvanised grate over the buried reservoir. Ensure it is level and stable to support the precision-drilled slate sculpture.
Your StoneFlow water sculpture arrives fully assembled with all internal plumbing and the water pump already connected.
Fill the reservoir with water, then plug the pump into your outdoor socket. Adjust water flow as desired for the perfect cascade.
